SHIPPING

1. Shipping Times.

Shipping usually takes a maximum of 1-4 working days from the date of shipment of the package. In exceptional cases the waiting time may be longer.

2. Order status.

As soon as our goods leave the store you will receive an email with the SHIPPING CONFIRMATION in which you will find the tracking link that can be used to check the status of your order online.

3. Courier.

The courier partners that On/Off Wear relies on for shipments to Italy are GLS and TNT, while for shipments abroad we use UPS and Fedex.

4. Express delivery method.

For almost all locations in Italy, On/Off Wear now offers an express delivery service. The package will be delivered via GLS or TNT courier within 1-2 days of shipment (depends on your postcode). The precise delivery date and cost will be shown to you during the order confirmation phase where you can select the "express delivery" option.

Express delivery takes place from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

If the desired item is available and the order is placed by 1pm, delivery will take place within 1/2 working days after the order (only with immediate payment).

For express delivery the following payment methods can be used: credit card and PayPal. If you have chosen to pay by bank transfer, the shipment will take place only upon receipt of credit to our current account.

It is possible to view the status of the express delivery at any time from the tracking code received via email.

Shipping cost ITALY: € 9 for orders under € 140, free for orders over € 140.

INTRA CEE shipping cost: € 19 for orders under € 180, free for higher orders

at € 180.

EXTRA CEE shipping cost: € 29 for orders under € 220, free for higher orders

at € 220.

On/Off Wear reserves the right to ask the customer to pay extra shipping costs if the package exceeds the standard dimensions of 65 x 35 x 14 cm (for the purchase of more than one item).

5. Where we ship.

We ship throughout Italy and the world.

6. Cash on delivery.

We remind you that for shipments with cash on delivery (COD), you are required to select the COD shipment whose price is € 10. Cash on delivery is available only for orders shipped to Italy.

We ask our kind customers to confirm and accept the cost of shipping in COD by replying to the email that is sent.

7. Lost package/Delivery with reserve.

If you do not receive the goods within one week of the shipping confirmation email, please notify our customer service via our email address or by calling the customer number.

Upon receipt of the package, the customer must immediately check the integrity of the package and if it is damaged or opened, he must report the fact immediately to the courier, signing with reserve. On/Off Wear is not responsible for any thefts that are not reported immediately to the courier (i.e. at the time of delivery) and which are not documented with photographs showing the non-integrity of the package received and the missing goods.

In the event that the package delivered by the courier presents anomalies or apparent damage, the conditional acceptance must clearly indicate the reason why it is raised to the courier (for example: damaged packages; tampered packages; packages closed with different personalized tape from the company one etc.). The indication of the reason for the reservation is in fact an important condition for taking appropriate action against the courier. In this regard, we remind you that an acceptance with a general reservation, without the reason being specified, is devoid of any value for the purposes of any possible action that you intend to express towards the courier.

8. Multiple shipments.

To speed up deliveries in Italy, for orders consisting of two or more items, multiple shipments may be expected. Conversely, if you have placed more than one order within a few hours, your orders may be combined in a single package.

You will receive a confirmation email with the relevant tracking link for each of them.

 

9. Receive email.

If the purchase is successful you will receive an ORDER CONFIRMATION email. If you don't receive it, check your SPAM box!

When your package is shipped from our warehouse you will receive a SHIPPING CONFIRMATION email from which you can track your order.

 

Remote areas: additional shipping costs may be required if extra costs are applied by the courier when sending the goods to remote areas, also for the Exchange service

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the Customer may withdraw from the Conditions and therefore from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide reasons and without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the products.

It is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal for the purchase of socks, key rings and accessories or shoe cleaning products.

To exercise the right of withdrawal referred to in the previous article 5.1, the Customer must strictly send On/Off Wear a communication to this effect, within the deadlines indicated, to the following email address info@onoffwear.com attaching photos of the product in which the presence of the guarantee seal and the cleanliness of the sole are found.

The return is the responsibility of the customer.

In case of withdrawal, the Customer will have to send the products back to On/Off Wear at his own expense by choosing his trusted courier at the following address:

If desired, On/Off Wear can arrange return collection. The expense will be deducted from the refund with an additional cost of €10.

*option can only be activated for orders placed in Italy.

In case of returns from abroad On/Off Wear can organize the collection subject to acceptance by the customer of the shipping price.

The goods must be returned intact, complete with all their parts and in the original packaging (envelopes and packages), kept and possibly used for the time strictly necessary to establish and verify their nature, characteristics and size, according to normal diligence, without signs of wear or dirt, in compliance with the following conditions:

The right of withdrawal may apply to the product purchased in its entirety; in fact, it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (e.g. accessories, complements, etc...

2. For withdrawal to be possible, the product must be CLEAN, intact and returned in the original packaging (which must also be intact) COMPLETE WITH WARRANTY SEAL. NB: Please test the shoes by placing them on a clean carpet. We do not accept returns of shoes that return to the store with signs of wear and dirt and will be returned to the sender. On/Off Wear reserves the right to cover shipping costs. Furthermore, the user must pay attention when packaging the product to be returned: if it arrives damaged due to inadequate packaging, On/Off Wear reserves the right to refuse the return.

3. Shipping costs (and any customs charges, if applicable) for returning the goods will be the sole responsibility of the Customer, even in the event of refusal of the shipment by the Customer.

4. Any customs costs incurred by On/Off Wear for returns from NON-EEC countries will be deducted from the refund of the return.

5. The shipment, until the receipt is confirmed in the warehouse indicated by On/Off Wear, is under the complete responsibility of the customer.

WE STRONGLY ADVISE THE USE OF ITALIAN POST TO SHIPPING RETURNS AS THEY DO NOT RESPECT THE STORE OPENING HOURS AND PUT THE PARCELS IN STOCK.

6. In the event of damage to the goods during transport, ON/OFF will notify the Customer, to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier he has chosen and obtain the relevant refund.

7. On/Off Wear will not be responsible in any way for damage, theft or loss occurring during or in any case resulting from the return shipment.

8. The prices on the site may vary over time (due to promotions and/or sales), the valid price is always the one indicated at the time of purchase. It is not possible to request a refund of the difference between the price at the time of the order and the price at another time for the same product.

Once the return has been received, On/Off Wear will refund the Customer within fourteen working days

In the event of a return made independently by the customer, the entire amount paid at the time of ordering.

If On/Off wear collects the return package from the customer's home, the cost of €10 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Any customs charges incurred by On/Off Wear for returns from non-EEC countries will be retained at the time of reimbursement.

The refund will be made using the same method with which you made the payment at the time of the order.

In any case, the Customer will lose the right of withdrawal in cases where On/Off Wear ascertains that:

the returned product and/or its accessories, and/or its packaging are not intact or if the guarantee seal has been removed;

*the product is not in the condition in which it was shipped at the time of the order.

*the product is missing its external packaging and/or the original internal packaging;

*the product is missing integral elements and/or accessories (e.g. closures, laces, buckles, etc.).

In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, On/Off Wear will return the purchased product to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the sender.

EXCHANGE SERVICE

If the customer wishes to replace the number of the purchased item, after checking its availability, On/Off will carry out the Exchange Service at its own expense, only once for each order.

The GLS Exchange service consists of collecting the package to be returned at the same time as the delivery of the item with the correct number.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment methods

On the On/Off Wear site it is possible to pay for orders by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, ScalaPay and cash on delivery. If you require an invoice, indicate your details for issuing the invoice in the order notes or send an email at the same time as your order. We will be happy to satisfy your request. It will not be possible to issue the invoice days after the order date.

PostePay is accepted like any other credit card.

1. Credit Card

You can pay comfortably and safely. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, PostePay. At checkout you may be directed to your bank's payment processing page.

For customers already enabled for Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code:

On your bank's web page you will be welcomed with the title you have chosen and you will be asked to confirm the amount with a personal Pin.

After the bank has verified the Pin entered, you will receive payment confirmation for the order placed on On/Off Wear.

For customers not yet enabled for Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code:

In this case, a single registration with the bank that issued your card will be required for all future purchases.

On your bank's web pages you will be asked to identify yourself with the previously set security questions.

Finally, you will be asked to set a new Pin and a welcome message for future uses.

The next step occurs in the same way as for already enabled customers.

Your credit card data will be transferred securely through the SSL protocol.

If you return the goods, the amount will be credited to your card.

2. PayPal

You can choose to pay with this method by selecting the PayPal option; once you reach the third phase of the purchase process ("Confirmation") click on "Confirm and continue with PayPal" to complete your order.

If you already have a PayPal account, identify yourself with your email and password and confirm the payment.

If you don't have a PayPal account, you can create a new one using your credit/prepaid card. In this case, simply select the type of card, fill in the necessary data and confirm the payment.

If you are already registered on PayPal, click and log in to your account.

If you are not registered on PayPal, enter the requested data and proceed to create your account.

The order is processed as soon as the payment is credited to us. If you return the goods to us, the amount of your order will be refunded to your PayPal account (or to your credit card if you are an unregistered PayPal user)

We inform you that if you use PayPal you have the possibility of having the return costs incurred by you reimbursed. Go to the PayPal website to find out more.

3. Bank Transfer

We also accept purchases with payment by bank transfer. Below are our bank details:

If we do not receive payment confirmation within the required deadlines, the order will automatically be cancelled.

Your order will be processed only after receiving notification of credit from our bank. We will send you an email with the confirmation and delivery date of your order upon receipt of payment.

4. Payment with ScalaPay

If you buy with Afterpay you receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be transferred to Incremento SPV S.r.l., related parties and their transferees, and that you authorize such transfer.

In order for your Order with ScalaPay payment to be confirmed you must complete the ScalaPay registration procedure by entering your tax and credit card details. If you receive an order confirmation from our site but have not completed the payment with ScalaPay, the order will automatically be cancelled.

5. Cash on delivery (COD) payment

The Cash on Delivery payment method is only active for deliveries in Italy. This payment method is not possible for orders exceeding € 500.

It is possible to use the cash on delivery service at a cost of €10. We remind you that when choosing the payment method you must select "cash on delivery".

On/Off Wear  reserves the right to reimburse the customer for any storage costs for cash on delivery parcels
